Tronvexic is a lead generation and advertising platform that helps businesses find and convert high-quality leads through targeted advertising across multiple channels, including social networks.
The Service includes features for discovering potential leads, advertising to these leads, and connecting your social networks to enhance lead targeting. Tronvexic charges on a per-interested-lead basis, with rates varying depending on the advertising channel used.
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to contact our sales team through the provided contact form. If approved, you will need to provide accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LeadConnect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
LeadConnect operates on a pay-per-interested-lead model. Pricing varies based on the advertising channel used:
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. LeadConnect reserves the right to change its pricing structure at any time.

LeadConnect reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content and terminating accounts.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit the Service in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by LeadConnect.

LeadConnect reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
LeadConnect does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRONVEXIS INC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadConnect and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
LeadConnect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
